Mr. Arslanian has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, tax and business planning, probate and trust administration. Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1985, Mr. Arslanian has exclusivelyy represented individuals and small and medium-sized businesses and business owners in accomplishing various estate, tax and business planning objectives. He is also a certified public accountant and was employed as a tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand for several years. Mr. Arslanian frequently lectures on estate and tax planning matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. |

| Mr. Wells focuses his practice in the areas of probate and trust administration, probate litigation, estate and tax planning, business and corporate law and real estate law. Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1999, Mr. Wells has broad experience counseling individuals and families in various probate and estate planning matters. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. |
